If a client is dissatisfied with our consultation, planning, or advisory
services, we encourage the client to contact us to discuss the situation.
Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be approved
at our discretion.

We aim to work with our clients in good faith to reach a fair resolution,
which may include a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

World One Travel Inc reserves the right to evaluate each request individually
to ensure fairness and service integrity.
